Tom Huang is a Quantitative Analyst at Bentham Asset Management.
Previously a Data Analyst working for Samsung Australia’s “Voice of Customers” team, Tom focused on establishing new data management framework to boost team efficiency and productivity, and implementing machine learning-based methods such as sentiment analysis to improve customer experience. Prior to this, Tom worked as a data analyst and software engineer for various industry sectors such as education and aviation.
Mr Huang holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from Peking University, China. He also holds a Master of IT (Software Engineering) and a Master of Philosophy (Information Retrieval and Data Mining) from The University of Sydney.
